Misbar’s Analysis

Annabelle is a doll that was featured in a series of horror films, based on a real-life couple who began investigating paranormal activities in the 1960s. The doll, who is suspected of carrying the spirit of a deceased girl named Annabelle, is known to cause bad things to happen on screen.

In real life, the doll used to be housed in a glass box at The Warrens’ Occult Museum in Monroe, Connecticut. However, Misbar has discovered that the Annabelle doll hasn’t lived in the museum for quite some time. According to Newsweek, the museum closed due to zoning violations, and the artifacts are now in the possession of the Warrens’ son-in-law, Tony Spera. According to news station KSAT, the escape of the Annabelle doll was nothing more than a hoax.

Tony Spera also verified that Annabelle has not gone on any trips, by showing her in a video in response to the social media buzz.

Spera also stated that security is tight in her location, so if there was a breach, he and the police would know immediately. Spera thanked everyone for the concern, noting that “Annabelle is nothing to play with.”

However, while the Annabelle doll no longer resides in the museum, she has not escaped.
