The Claim

The image below proves that there is a discrepancy in mail-in votes for Pennsylvania.

Emerging story

Several weeks have passed since the United States presidential election, and controversy over the apparent Democratic victory is still rife on social media. President Donald Trump has claimed that voter fraud was responsible for President-Elect Joe Biden’s victory. His string of lawsuits have been largely unsuccessful, with a lack of evidence being cited on multiple accounts, including in Pennsylvania.

An image has been circulating on Twitter regarding Pennsylvania’s mail-in votes in an effort to show that the extra votes must have been the result of fraud in favor of Biden. Trump retweeted the image on November 28th.

Misbar’s Analysis

An investigation into these numbers revealed that they are not accurate. The actual statistics of Pennsylvania votes show that the levels of votes for Biden and Trump are very plausible. This information is available here.

Pennsylvania and other swing-states have been the most highly targeted by accusers of voter fraud and of the aforementioned lawsuits. This is hardly surprising, as swing-states are where presidential elections are won and lost. The Pennsylvania supreme court recently said that the Republican party "failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted.”
