On January 6th, a YouTube content creator with more than 463k subscribers posted a video that explained a new rumor that Jeffree Star may have been dating or having some sort of fling with the famous Kanye West.
Within merely 24 hours the video already had more than 80K views.
With this news combined with everything else going on at the same time around the U.S., social media users were shocked to say the least.
Misbar’s Analysis
Misbar finds this claim to be commotion. At this stage there are no facts or information to support the claiim that Kanye and Jeffree Star are in fact in any sort of relationship. Despite the missing facts, fans have used various quotes from the stars to back up their claim including some of the following:
In a 2011 tweet from Jeffree Star, he stated that “@kanyewest last night was so fun! xoxo."
In another tweet from 2010, Jeffree Star stated “@kanyewest just likes brighter colors so he can see it when its smeared on his nut sac.”
Furthermore, fans remark that since both Jeffree and Kanye both have residences in Wyoming, they may be furthered linked. Sources claim that Kanye has been spending a lot of time at his Wyoming residence and that Star has also purchased a 70-acre ranch in the same state.
However, on January 7, 2021, Star posted a YouTube video in which he debunks the claim, calling it “so weird” and saying that he only likes “very tall men.” Kanye West is 5’8”.
Although fans have used old tweets and articles to tie together a whole story on the two, there simply aren’t enough solid facts and evidence to support this claim.
