A tweet by Rihanna stating that she pays the dancers in her shows more than what Kangana’s last five films have earned has been widely shared on social media. The tweet attracted thousands of users on Instagram. It has been also circulating on Facebook and WhatsApp.
Misbar’s Analysis
Misbar's investigation found the claim false. We looked carefully at the tweet circulating and found it fabricated. We found only one tweet on February 6, which is not related to the circulating claim.
What makes it obvious that the picture circulating is altered is it showed that the tweet was shared under the name of Rihanna with the username @username.
This came after Kangana responded to Rihanna’s tweet on the farmers’ protest.

Responding to her, Kangana had called Rihanna a “fool” in a tweet, which was later taken down by Twitter.
