We conducted a reverse image search and found that the claim has circulated since at least 2016. However, other photos from the same wedding show that the groom is not paralyzed.
The bride posted the original image on her Instagram account with the caption, “Happy Founders day to the good Bruhz #RQQ.”
RQQ references the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Frat members sometimes stand in the viral pose for photos.
