Misbar’s Analysis
We conducted a reverse image search using screenshots from the video, and found that it was a digital film created by Vernon James Manlapaz, whose bio says he creates “short magical videos.”
In an interview, Manlapaz said he creates the videos by using his iPhone and integrating 3D graphics into the videos.
As reported by the Guinness Book of World Records, the world's fastest tortoise can move 0.28 meters/second.
