After a keen observation of the picture, it turned out that the Nigerian national team was not wearing a military uniform but a travel suit designed by Nike as a sponsor of the Nigeria Football Federation.

In addition, this travel suit is way different from the military uniform in Nigeria, as the following pictures show.

The Nigerian national team arrived on Wednesday the 5th of January in Garoua in Cameroon. The team had camped in Abuja during the last couple of weeks for the competition’s preparations.
