The video currently circulating with a misleading claim was first released on November 10, 2021. It originally shows the Dubioza Kolektiv, a Bosnian avant-garde dub rock band, performing at the World Forum of Democracy at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

According to the Council of Europe's official website, Dubioza Kolektiv was a part of the World Forum for Democracy 2021 artistic program.

G7 to Cap Russian Oil Prices

On September 2, 2022, the G7 Finance Ministers released a joint statement in response to Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

The G7 countries have decided to impose a price cap on Russian oil in an attempt to constrain Russia's ability to support its war in Ukraine without further fueling global inflation.
