This video features Kass Theaz, a famous TikTok content creator. With thousands of followers, Theaz clearly indicates in her TikTok bio that her account is satirical.
Our team was unable to locate the video in question on the creator's account, but Kass Theaz has uploaded several other Joe Biden-related parody videos.
