2013 Italy Protests

The circulating video was shot in front of the European Union headquarters in Rome during mass protests in December 2013.

The video was uploaded to YouTube on December 7, 2013.

At the time, Italian news agencies reported injuries from clashes outside the EU headquarters in Rome. 

According to reports, the protester who climbed to the top of the European Union building and removed the Union flag was arrested.
