Rishi Sunak’s 2020 Diwali Celebrations 

Upon conducting a reverse image search, Misbar’s team found that the video had been posted by Rishi Sunak. The original video shows Sunak celebrating Diwali back in 2020, as can be seen below.

What is Diwali?

Diwali is one of the major religious festivals in Hinduism, Jainism, and Sikhism. The celebrations last for five days from the 13th day of the lunar month “Ashvina” to the second day of the lunar month “Karttika.” The festival symbolizes the victory of light over darkness.
