According to the DVIDS, the video was shot in Gydnia, Poland before transporting the heavy vehicles from Poland back to Texas, USA.

As stated in the video’s caption, in order to transport the equipment of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division (3-1 CD ABCT) from Poland to Texas, officials of the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command Europe and Africa (MSCEURAF) collaborated closely with the 838th Transportation Battalion of the U.S. Army.

Before being loaded onto the American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier (ARC) Endurance, a ship hired by Military Sealift Command with the ability to transport heavy vehicles, the roughly 1,600 items of Army equipment had to be cleaned and inspected.

Endurance was finally able to approach the pier on February 26 to start loading the equipment after a few weather delays.
