Misbar investigated the claim and found it to be misleading. The video, published by photographer Omar Al-Dirawi from Gaza on February 14, clearly captures the sound of the wind. Various signs of moving objects in the video depict the windy weather of that day, including the movement of clothes influenced by the wind.
As seen below, the wind is also affecting the upper part of the tent in the same video.
