A video has been shared repeatedly in several Facebook and YouTube posts, alongside a claim that it is showing former US President Barack Obama unveiling a large picture of Saddam Hussein.
The video, which included a logo for the TikTok entertainment application, purportedly claimed the unveiling was an “implicit message of the catastrophic mistake of the United States by invading Iraq in 2003 and overthrowing Saddam Hussein."

The original video does not show Obama unveiling a picture of Saddam Hussein, but a portrait painting of himself. Therefore the claim is false, and the video is doctored.
