The photo was posted on Facebook on April 18 by GainPeace, a non-profit organization that educates the general public about Islam and aims to clarify misconceptions about Islam. GainPeace's phone number and website also appear on the billboard inviting people to know more about Islam.
The New Arab also reported that the billboard is an advertisement organized by Gain Peace in the United States.
