A viral photo that has been widely circulating on by Facebook and Twitter users claims that it shows ongoing protests in Berlin against coronavirus restrictions in August 2020. The photo started circulating on August 2, 2020, when thousands gathered in the German capital to protest against COVID-19 restrictions.
The photo was also published with other photos claiming there were at least 1.3 million people protesting to end COVID-19.

Misbar’s reverse image search using TinEye found the same photo published on Street Parade in 2019.
The Street Parade festival known as the largest electronic music event in the world takes place every year in Zurich, Switzerland.
The claim is false, we found the photo published in an album on Street Parade.
