After a deadly massive explosion in Beirut this August 2020, a viral post claiming that six massive explosions occurred worldwide is doing rounds on social media.
“A total of 6 massive explosions within 24 hours. Something is not right. Get right with God now!” read a Facebook post published by Shana Joseph. Accompanying the post is an image of the Beirut explosion and five others allegedly in Hyesan, North Korea; Wuhan, China; United Arab Emirates; Najaf, Iraq; and St. Paul, Minnesota.
The post has been shared nearly 900 times and garnered more than 200 reactions, with commenters expressing their shock.
Other users and news outlets claimed that 6 explosions occurred worldwide within 72 hours.

Misbar found the circulating claims misleading.
Explosions only took place in Beirut and China; the rest were only fire breaks.
China:
According to the Daily Mail, six people died after an explosion in a chemical factory near the city of Wuhan in central China.
UAE:
The National reported that a fire broke out at the Iranian souq in the Ajman area on August 5.
The fire was brought under control once the local authorities arrived; no causalities reported.
North Korea:
15 people had died in an explosion and resulting fire at a house in Hyesan, according to Reuters.
Videos shot from China show an explosion lighting up the sky.
Iraq:
A fire in food and electrical warehouse was reported by an Iraqi news agency.

Minnesota:
Firefighters battled a large fire that took place in an apartment building and hotel complex in downtown St. Paul on Tuesday.
No causalties were reported and its unknown the exact cause of fire according to ABC News.
