Social media users have been sharing a photo claiming its a medicine that will make you sleep until 2021. Users claimed that YearQuil medicine will make you sleep through the entire year.
The picture of the medicine has been widely circulating on Facebook and Twitter. It received thousands of retweets and shares.

Misbar's investigation finds the circulating picture fake. It’s obvious the picture circulating is fabricated. We went through all the medicine through the Vicks official website, we didn’t find the medicine in the claim. 
Vicks didn’t produce medicine that will make you sleep until 2021.
