Misbar’s Analysis
Misbar’s investigation found that the caption accompanying the photo is incorrect. We conducted a reverse image search and found that the picture actually depicts an April 2018 IAF helicopter crash in Uttarakhand. The image was first published in Times of India on April 3, 2018.
The original crash happened when the M-17 helicopter hit an iron girder near Kedarnath temple and caught fire.
