Emerging story
In early October 2020, a picture of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi started circulating. Users posted a picture showing Obama kissing Pelosi and claimed she was drunk.
The picture attracted hundreds of Facebook users.

Misbar's investigation found that the picture circulating was in a public event. U.S. President Barack Obama kissed House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi upon their return from Israel to Joint Base Andrews in Washington September 30, 2016.
The photo is not secret or suppressed. The photo that social media users claim shows "Crazy Nancy" partying actually shows Obama and Pelosi amid dozens of other American political leaders who were in the U.S. delegation attending the funeral of former Israeli President Shimon Peres. Pelosi is known to abstain from alcohol.
