Misbar’s investigation found that Biden’s claim is unsubstantiated. While they encourage voting, the Boilermakers Union has not officially endorsed any candidate.
Further, the Local 154, headed by John Hughes, endorsed President Donald Trump.
It is possible that other Locals, of which there are hundreds, support Biden. However, there is no evidence proving this. Biden's claim that the Boilermakers Union "overwhelmingly" endorses him is false.
