Misbar’s Analysis

The Misbar team has determined the claim is false. While the presidential race in Pennsylvania was called by multiple news outlets (Associated PressFox News) the news site Real Clear Politics never projected a winner for the state. The Associated Press said that they made their call to project Biden as the winner in Pennsylvania after he held a 34,243 vote lead in the state and determined that the remaining ballots would not change the lead in Trump’s favor.

RealClearPolitics President Tom Bevan responded to Giuliani’s tweet, saying: “This is false. We never called Pennsylvania, and nothing has changed.”

While the site currently lists Biden as the projected winner of Pennsylvania, an archived version of the site dated November 9, the day in which Giuliani made the claim, showed Pennsylvania as having not yet been called.
