The Misbar team has determined that the claim is false. The claim in the above-mentioned Facebook post highlights a video from CNN commentator Fareed Zakaria, discussing how Trump could stay in office even if he loses the popular vote. Despite the fact that this Facebook post is dated on November 28, the clip the post highlights of Fareed Zakaria is from September 27, which was before the election.
In the clip, Zakaria explains how Trump could lose the popular vote and highlights potential ways for Trump to still win the election. While the statements made in the CNN video did take place, the election happened more than a month after the statements were made. Since CNN projected the election to go in favor of Joe Biden, the network has made no such claims that Trump has any opportunity to win instead.
