Misbar’s Analysis

Misbar's investigation found that in an interview with Lt. General McInerney on Worldview Report’s YouTube Channel, the retired general alleged that US special forces attempted to raid a CIA server facility in Germany. According to McInerney, these servers held stolen election data that could have swayed the election in Biden’s favor.

However, McInerney’s allegations are suspicious for several reasons. First, McInerney’s credentials are questionable at best. While Worldview Report and other news publications use his title to support his accusations, McInerney retired from the military in 1994. It’s pretty unlikely that he has a lot of intel regarding US special forces, especially since he was in the air force.

McInerney has since appeared on various right-wing news outlets, including Fox News, where he was a contributor. He was eventually let go from Fox News after saying that “torture worked” on the late Senator John McCain, who was a POW in the Vietnam War. He also believes that President Barrack Obama isn’t an American citizen, a claim that has been debunked repeatedly.

Worldview Report is just as suspicious as McInerney. They lean conservative-conspiratorial, with several articles alleging that Barrack Obama is linked to communist organizations.
