Misbar's investigation found that the claim is misleading. It's true that the U.S Department has approved a possible sale of Apache helicopters in deals a deal that could value of 4.2$ billion. According to Reuters, there are no indications that any contracts have been signed yet or that any negotiations have been concluded.
