Angeli is something of an enigma. During the televised riot of the US capitol, it was hard not to notice the man wearing a horned helmet and American flag face paint. His presence has even resulted in a few conspiracies of its own, with some believing he was an Antifa infiltrator. His face has been cropped onto other images as well, especially those of Antifa-affiliated protestors.
Angeli, commonly referred to as the “QAnon shaman” or “bison boi,” is currently sitting in jail, awaiting sentencing. He has, according to some news outlets, refused to eat, demanding organic food instead. It was first reported by Melissa Blasius, an ABC15 reporter.
Misbar found that this appears to be true. Angeli – whose real name is Jacob Anthony Chansley – has even appealed to a judge, who has mandated that he be served organic food for “religious reasons.” He also claimed that non-organic food made him feel sick. His refusal to eat has also been confirmed by his mother, who backed Angeli’s claims.
A judge has ordered that he be provided with organic foods that meet his dietary needs.
