Misbar’s Analysis
If you’re not big into politics and radio shows, you may not know of Rush Limbaugh. Limbaugh is a very popular conservative radio talk show personality with his own radio show called “The Rush Limbaugh Show.”
Following Twitter’s recent banning of Trump's accounts, Limbaugh deactivated his account in support of the president. Trump has banned from Twitter due to an incident in which Twitter claimed was a “risk of further incitement of violence.” This ban came shortly after a stream of January 8, 2021, that Twitter claims violated the terms of their service agreement.
Limbaugh has never been a true fan of social media and it seems unlikely he will return. On his radio show in October of last year, he’s quoted called social media a “cesspool.”
