Suspicious: Biden Says “I Don’t Know What I’m Signing”

In the video, Biden signs three documents. At 24 seconds, he says what audio experts say sounds like “look what I’m signing here” or “like what I’m signing here.” 

However, both experts agree that the sound is mostly unintelligible.

A full list of Biden’s executive orders can be seen here. Each of the orders is something that Biden has long discussed as part of his platform, so it seems unlikely that he would say he doesn’t know what he is signing. However, since we cannot determine with 100% accuracy what he actually said, we rate this claim as suspicious.
