Misbar's investigation found that the United States actually experienced the highest number of mass shootings on record in 2019, when Trump was president. During Trump's time in office, there were multiple mass shootings. 60 people were killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. 27 people were killed in Sutherland Springs, Texas. 17 people were killed in Parkland, Florida. 12 people were killed in Thousand Oaks, California. 12 people were killed in El Paso, Texas. 9 people were killed in Dayton, Ohio. 

Since there were multiple mass shootings while Trump was in office, we rate this claim as false.
