The Claim

Former President Donald Trump cloned his oval office in Florida.

Emerging story

Some on social media and a variety of news outlets both in the U.S. and in the U.K. have claimed that Former President Donald Trump made a duplicate of his former White House office in his Florida home.

Misbar’s Analysis

Misbar has discovered that approximately four months ago, former President Trump left Washington D.C. and relocated to his estate in Florida known as Mar-A-Lago. Once he allowed the press in to see his new office, some said it was an exact replica of the oval office at the White House. According to Politico.com, this is what his new office looks like:

It appears that family photos are displayed in both offices, as well a large wooden desk and phone. It also appears that he may be using the same desk chair in both offices. However, beyond those similarities, the offices appear quite different. Especially missing from his Mar-A-Lago office are the large flags, heavy window coverings, and circular walls.
