Misbar’s Analysis
While it’s technically possible for Trump to become Speaker of the House, it might as well be impossible: Speaker of the House isn’t an elected position. The party in charge of the house picks one themselves, not the American public.
For Trump to become Speaker of the House, Republicans would have to control the House. At the moment, they do not. Trump would also require the support of Republican lawmakers. While many congresspeople support him, that doesn’t mean they want him to be House Speaker. They would probably prefer one of their own to have the position. This is backed up by the fact that not once in the entire history of the United States had a non-congressman become House Speaker.
Lastly, impeaching Biden would prove very difficult. It takes a 2/3 majority to impeach a president, and it’s unlikely that Democrats would be onboard to impeach Biden. This is assuming that Republicans would levy unanimous support for impeachment, which is not at all a certainty either.
