Misbar’s Analysis

Misbar found that the viral image does not show an 11-year-old hacker but 14-year-old Zachary Neagle. Neagle was charged with murder in 2009 for the shooting death of his father.

The teen plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter in 2010 and was sentenced to seven years. Neagle said that he killed his father to protect his siblings after suffering years of sexual abuse.

The story of an 11-year-old hacker stealing $75 billion seems to be entirely fabricated. Nothing has been reported by any major media outlet regarding a $75 billion cyber theft.
