Misbar’s Analysis
Misbar reviewed the footage of Arden’s vaccination and found no evidence of it being a faked injection. Arden received the Pfizer vaccine which is 0.3 mL. The vaccine is visible inside the syringe in the footage/ The medical professional injects it, and the emptied syringe and needle can be seen being removed. Afterward, the nurse smoothes the pre-applied bandage against the injection site.
This is a conventional syringe and needle, as offered by medical supplier BD. Bandaging an injection is standard procedure: it protects against blood-borne pathogens. In this video, the nurse has pre-applied the bandage to be more efficient. Furthermore, t is considered an acceptable procedure not to wear gloves while giving injections.
