MENA: A reverse search revealed that it was old and published in 2019. The image publishing site Imgur uploaded the original image with the caption explaining that the photo is of an injured dog named Apollo and was taken while changing his bandage during treatment at the SPCA Center for Animal Rescue in the United States.
