The photo was taken and posted by Fatima A. Shurrab on her Facebook account on October 7th, 2021. The picture was taken in the Chamber of Commerce in the Gaza strip when Palestinian citizens were applying for work permits in the occupied territories.
The picture is not related to Algeria.
