The picture shows an arrested guy on charges of murdering his two-year-old stepbrother in Jacksonville in 2011.
Our team verified the photo using the Google image search engine and found it already published in 2012 on the “The Florida Times-Union” and got deleted after.
An article on Fox News mentioned that the kid in the picture, known as Cristian Juan Fernandez, was accused of the first-order murder charges of killing his stepbrother.
The victim died after a fractured skull and bleeding brain.
According to the news4jax news website, Cristian Juan Fernandez was released from jail in 2018 after being in custody since 2013.
