The circulating video went viral after a young Moroccan man called Yousef on a motorcycle died in a “traffic accident” after being followed up by two policemen because he was not wearing a helmet.
In September, Yousef died in Ain Sebaa in Casablanca while his friend and a police officer sustained injuries.
