Misbar's investigation revealed that the photo was taken at a children's hospital in Brazil.
On October 7, 2017, the photo was shared on the hospital's Facebook page.
According to the hospital's Facebook post, professional climbers dressed in cartoon hero costumes descended the hospital walls on International Children's Day.
Misbar also discovered a live video of the climbers from another event that took place in the same location in 2018.
