The Misbar team investigated the claim and discovered that the video was outdated.
When we looked up the video, we discovered that it had already been uploaded to many websites and shared by social media users in 2020.
The video shows Typhoon Goni, one of the strongest storms to hit the Philippines in October 2020.
According to CNN, many rescue operations were underway in the Philippines on December 17, 2021, after a super Typhoon Rai killed at least 14 people and left seven others missing.
