Misbar has investigated the claim and found it misleading.
Our team found that Ali Haj Suleiman signed the video. Using the Google Image Reverse Search, we found that the video was uploaded to the Syrian photographer’s Facebook profile on October 22, 2021.

According to the caption by Ali Haj Suleiman, the video was filmed in the city of Ariha in Syria after a "horrific" massacre that killed 12 people including, four children, because of artillery shelling by the Syrian regime forces on October 20th, 2021.
Suleiman has tweeted about the claim and said that he filmed the video in Ariha-Idlib. The clip shows a Syrian girl killed due to the Syrian regime's bombing of the city of Ariha in October 2021.
Suleiman told Misbar English that the video he filmed exactly in Ariha’s hospital depicts a girl called Remas Al Hassan dying because of the Syrian war.
Ali confirmed to our team that the man who bids farewell to Remas in the video is her relative and not her father, as some social media users claim.
On October 20th, 2021, Syrian-Russian forces attacked Ariha city in northwest Syria. Large artillery shells have killed 12 civilians, including four children, after targeting residential neighborhoods while many students were heading to school.
