Misbar’s Analysis

According to the findings of Misbar's investigation, the widely reported claim is misleading. A fire in a market in Tehran, Iran, broke out on July 18, 2018, according to Iranian news sites, and they published this photo at the time. However, there were no reports of explosions at Iranian military facilities in February.
