The screenshot is a digitally altered screenshot from an old CNN news report. The report was broadcasted in 2017 when anchor Kate Bolduan reported about alleged Russia’s interfering in the U.S presidential elections. The original headline reads: “Putin: Read my lips: no, we didn’t interfere in election.”
