An explosion resulting from a liquefied gas pipeline leakage caused a huge fire in an oil refinery south of the Iranian capital, Tehran, on June 2, 2021.

The claim started to circulate on Feb. 19, 2022, following an explosion that caused a fire in a gas pipeline in eastern Ukraine’s city of Luhansk. Less than an hour later, a car bomb exploded in an empty square in the city of Donetsk, southeastern Ukraine.
