Misbar’s team investigated the circulated claim and found it misleading. The video shows a storm that hit Norway in Dec. 2013. The video showed pedestrians struggling to cross the street because of strong winds at the time.
The claim started to circulate as a strong storm hit Germany, uprooting trees and causing traffic delays for flights and trains.
