Using Google Image Reverse Search, our team has found that the image is old. It was taken in November 2015 by Mikhail Sok for the TASS news agency.
The picture depicts people and vehicles at a checkpoint in Zaitsevo, the line of contact between areas controlled by the Donetsk People's Republic army and an area controlled by the Ukrainian government's troops.
