The video shows an RTÉ News reporter’s coverage of Storm Desmond that hit Scotland and northern England in December 2015.
According to the Daily Mail, the Irish TV reporter Teresa Mannion reported live on Storm Desmond in her native Galway. Teresa was battered by heavy rain and Atlantic ocean gales. Our team has also debunked other videos circulating in a misleading context and purported to show Storm Eunice.
