Misbar investigated the photo and found the claim to be misleading. The photo was taken during the funeral of Rabbi Aharon Leib Steinmann back in 2017. The rabbi, who died at the age of 104 years, was the spiritual leader of Orthodox Jews.
The circulation of the photo comes after the funeral of Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, which took place Sunday, March 20, within the Bnei Brak area in the occupied Palestinian territories.
