Arrow 22 is the name of an army exercise, according to the official website of the Finnish army, “A mechanized Army exercise, Arrow 22, will be conducted by the Armoured Brigade in Niinisalo and Säkylä in May 2022. Visiting forces from the UK, Latvia, the United States, and Estonia will take part in the exercise.”
