Our team did not find any evidence to support the circulating claim on the World Economic Forum's website or social media accounts using Google Advanced Search. Using keywords, we discovered that the clip is from a thriller episode of the British TV series "Utopia." The same clip was also posted to YouTube on August 15, 2014, as the opening scene of episode six of season two of "Utopia."
The show revolves around a group of people who are being hunted by an unidentified organization known only as "The Network" because they have the manuscript of a cult graphic novel that predicts history's worst catastrophes.
