The Claim Is Satirical
A Google Image Reverse Seach revealed that the alleged Money magazine cover was posted on June 23, 2022, to an Instagram account that describes itself as a meme, news, and comedy provider.
The same Instagram account has also posted another Money magazine cover featuring Zelenskyy’s portrait, with a headline: “How Zelenskyy steams” and a subheadline reading: “Inside the biggest money-laundering scheme in modern history.”
Doctored Money Magazine Cover
Based on the findings, the alleged Money magazine cover is an altered image of the American Money magazine of December 2016 featuring comedian John Oliver.
